Logging in

You accidentally logged out, reinstalled the app, or want to use the app on another phone

You can install the magaloop app on multiple phones and use it with the same username/login. This allows multiple employees to share the app. To do this, install the magaloop app on the second (third, etc.) device and log in there with the cell phone number and password you chose during registration. Please note: Currently, an order in the process can only be completed on the device on which it was started.
If you have accidentally logged out or want to install the magaloop app on a new phone, you’ll need to log in to the app again with your LOGIN and the password you created during registration.

LOGIN: the cell phone number you used during registration. This is the number you received a text from magaloop at after registration.

PASSWORD: was set by you during registration. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking the “Forgot password” button on the login page.

Ordering process

From the first order via the magaloop app to cancellations or complaints.

Once you submit your order, it will be sent to your supplier for processing, and you will receive a confirmation. If you have accidentally ordered an item incorrectly, you should contact your supplier as soon as possible so that they can still change the order. magaloop will help you by simply sending in an empty order after you specify which item(s) you want to change.

  1. Click on your supplier
  2. Search for „Cancellation” via the text input
  3. Click “ !!! CANCELLATION REQUEST FOR MY ORDER. SEE COMMENTS!!!” and confirm.
  4. Click on „Review order request“
  5. Add a comment about which items you want to cancel – the more specific, the better!
  6. Submit the „order“. Your supplier will try to change the order if it hasn’t been packaged or shipped.

Cashback

Cashback means money back. For example, if you order a product with the magaloop cashback symbol, you’ll get the money back directly from magaloop.
When you order a cashback product, magaloop will credit your user account. You can find all products in our cashback section, which you can access from the homepage.
Cashback is available from every supplier on magaloop. Cashback products are specified by magaloop and change regularly. You can see the current products here.
We’ll transfer your credit to your account from as little as €50. You can enter your account details here and initiate the payout here.
The credit is valid for one year – you have to have it paid out until then.
magaloop runs and finances the cashback program from the retailers’ and manufacturers’ revenues.

The app suddenly stops working

If the app suddenly stops working on your phone the way you’re used to, please update the app and your phone’s operating system. In most cases, everything will go back to normal – often even better.

Update the magaloop app on your phone:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap the menu icon
  3. Find the magaloop app. If there is an update, the app will be marked with „Update“
  4. Tap “Update” next to the app
  5. In some cases, you may need to RESTART your phone for the update to complete.

Please update the operating system on your Samsung/Android phone: This can be done via the „Software update“ menu item on your cell phone:

  1. Swipe down from the top edge of your phone’s screen. Then press the icon for „Settings“
  2. Press „Device information“
  3. Press „Software update“
  4. Press „Update now“
  5. Done! If you want to, you can now turn your phone off and back on to activate all updates.
If you only see the message „Your phone is offline“ and the „Reload“ button doesn’t help, you should clear the magaloop app storage: (Please note: At the end of this procedure, you’ll need to log into the magaloop app again with your LOGIN and PASSWORD!)
  1. Go to “Settings” on your Android/Samsung phone
  2. Click on “Apps” in the “Devices” section
  3. Search for the magaloop app and click on it
  4. Click on “Storage”
  5. Click on “Clear data” and “Clear cache”
  6. Open the magaloop app and log in with your LOGIN and PASSWORD
